Objective

This campaign was built with objectives of driving traffic to the Zoetis booth at the North American Veterinary Conference and increasing lead conversion.

By promoting engagement through email and social media, we encouraged registrants to interact and come back to the booth.

To entice the event registrants to visit the booth at the up-coming conference, an email was sent, which included educational material as well as a giveaway to encourage engagement and participation.

From the event microsite created, registrants were able to conveniently sync their calendars for upcoming events.

In addition, a Selfie Station was hosted at the event to promote engagement with a dedicated hashtag to increase their digital following.

This pre-event nurture campaign had an impressive open rate of 64.4% (way higher than industry standards), due to containing enticing incentives and informative and interactive content.
