Meredith Han
My role at Nx3 is to design and execute integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns that guide prospects and customers across the full lifecycle. I architect and optimize multistage nurture journeys that move audiences from initial awareness and acquisition through onboarding, expansion, and long-term loyalty. My work combines segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation with continuous performance analysis to improve engagement, increased revenue, and customer value.

I support day-to-day e-commerce operations, analyze and resolve platform issues, assist with customer service escalations, and contribute to site enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
