Objective

The core objective of the project was to provide our client with an easy and efficient way to enroll customers into their Veterinary Growth Program.

To accomplish this, we created an automated, multi-channel, step by step integration of elements to create a swift and simplistic enrollment process.

Execution

Integrating Pitcher, an edetailing application, with Salesforce and Marketo, we were able to generate a scenario based user journey, which ensured a smooth, automated enrollment process. The campaign included emails triggered based on enrollment requests, along with a Salesforce sync of user information and enrollment status.

  • 58.1% Conversion Rate

Through step by step integration and trigger emails which kept the client continuously in the loop, the task at hand was made efficient and easy for our client, which resulted into a staggering adaptation and conversion rate.
